EDUSOLVER IO subscriptions renew automatically until you choose to cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

EDUSOLVER IO does not offer refunds for subscription payments, including:

• first-time purchases,
• monthly or yearly renewals,
• unused time,
• accidental purchases.

All payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

This policy ensures fair and consistent treatment for all users and allows us to maintain stable pricing and high-quality service for the entire community.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
