Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for PRO features on edusolver.io ("Service").
1. General rule
All payments for PRO subscriptions (monthly and yearly) are non-refundable, except as expressly described in this Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.
We may process payments through third-party providers (such as Paddle, Polar or similar). In some cases, their own refund rules and timelines may also apply.
2. Standard refund window (first charge)
For first-time charges on a given subscription (monthly or yearly), you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days from the payment date.
Refund approval is not automatic and is subject to our review, including your usage of the Service, as described in our Fair Usage Policy. If we detect unusually high usage, abuse, or behavior reasonably inconsistent with a "test" or "evaluation" use, we may decline the refund request.
3. Subscription renewals (auto-renewals)
If your subscription renews automatically, you may request a refund for a renewal charge if all of the following are true:
Monthly subscription:
- Refund requested within 3 calendar days from the renewal date; and
- There has been no significant use of PRO features after renewal.
Yearly subscription:
- Refund requested within 7 calendar days from the renewal date; and
- There has been no significant use of PRO features after renewal.
After these periods expire, no refunds are provided for renewal payments.
4. No partial or prorated refunds
We do not provide partial, prorated, or "unused time" refunds for subscriptions.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to PRO features until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made, but past payments are not refunded.
5. Fair usage, abuse and fraud
We maintain a separate Fair Usage Policy that governs acceptable and reasonable use of PRO features and computing resources.
We may refuse a refund and/or suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe:
- there is abuse of our refund policy,
- there is fraud or payment dispute risk, or
- your usage significantly exceeds normal, fair use thresholds for evaluation or personal use.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at:
Email: [email protected]
Please include:
- the email address of your edusolver.io account,
- the date and amount of the charge,
- the payment reference (if available), and
- a short explanation of your request.
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear on your statement may depend on your bank or payment provider.
7. Legal rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If local law grants you additional rights, we will comply with those requirements.
