We do not collect payment card details — they are handled by our payment processor.
2. Uploaded Files & Data Retention
2.1 File Types
You may upload:
- PNG / JPG
- Audio files (common formats, when available)
- Document formats like DOCX (future feature)
2.2 Retention Period
Uploaded files are stored indefinitely, unless you delete them or request account deletion.
2.3 Use of Uploaded Files
Uploaded files may be:
- processed by AI models
- used internally to improve EDUSOLVER IO
- used by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, FAL AI) to improve their models, according to their policies
Opt-out from training is not available, because third-party AI providers may use data to improve their systems.
2.4 Public Content for Free Plan Users
Users on the Free Plan grant EDUSOLVER IO a non-exclusive license to publish anonymized questions and AI-generated answers publicly in the "Questions" section, unless they request deletion.
Uploaded files may be published in the Questions section if the user is unregistered or using the Free Plan, as part of our public question archive. If the user requests deletion, we will remove the file and may retain only the text of the question in anonymized form.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and operate EDUSOLVER IO
- Improve the accuracy and performance of AI responses
- Develop new AI features and models
- Enhance user experience
- Monitor performance and prevent abuse
- Analyze usage trends (analytics)
