How It Works

Step 1: Access the Henderson-Hasselbalch Calculator
Open the chemistry calculator interface.

Step 2: Input $\text{pK}_a$ and the Ratio of Conjugate Base to Weak Acid
Enter the acid dissociation constant and the concentration ratio ($[A^-]/[HA]$).

Step 3: Click the Calculate Button
Press 'Calculate pH'.

Step 4: Review the Buffer Solution's pH
The tool will display the resulting pH of the buffer solution.
